Privacy policy

This page covers evercodesoftware.com. Each application we publish has its own policy, written for what that application actually does.

Who is responsible

EVERCODE, LLC, Kr. Stiven Street, N23, Apartment N59, Village Dighomi, Saburtalo District, Tbilisi 0135, Georgia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. The typeface, the images and the one script this page uses are served from this domain, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

What the server records

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web server logs: the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user agent. They exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse, they are not used to build a profile of you, and they are deleted on the provider's ordinary schedule.

When you write to us

Your message, your address and whatever you choose to put in it are stored in our mailbox so we can answer and keep a record of what was agreed. We keep business correspondence for as long as the working relationship lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards, then delete it. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not sell or share correspondence.

Applications we publish

An application is covered by its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing. Where an app keeps your data only on your device, we say so there. Where it sends anything anywhere, that policy names what, where and why.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, and ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to [email protected] from the address in question and we will answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it and the previous version is available on request.
